A NEW HOME — And five old dishes coming with us.

We are thrilled to finally share the news: Spice Canvas has moved! We have officially settled into our new home at 33/3 Lý Văn Phức, District 1. It’s a beautiful new space, and we couldn't think of a better way to celebrate this fresh start than by welcoming back some old friends.

Celebrating Our Move: The "Moving" Menu

To mark the transition, we wanted to do something special throughout the month of May. Alongside our current Spellbound tasting menu, we are bringing back five iconic dishes from the earlier chapters of Spice Canvas.

These aren't the dishes our customers begged us to bring back. They are the ones we missed cooking. These are five plates that once defined us, stepped aside to make room for our creative evolution, and now, for one month only, are back on the table.

The "Moving" Menu (May 3 — May 31):

• 🦀 CRAB: A nostalgic favorite returning to its roots.

• 🍛 LYCHEE CURRY: A bold, signature blend that remains close to our hearts.

• 🍝 LASAGNA: The comfort dish that started it all.

• 🍰 TIRAMISU (Spice Version): The authentic recipe that defined our dessert menu.

• 🍵 MATCHA FINANCIER: A delicate, nutty classic that brings a touch of quiet elegance back to the plate.

These dishes will be available à la carte for a limited time. Once May concludes, they will return to the archives. We invite you to join us in our new space to share a bite of our history before they go back into the vault.

At Spice Canvas, we’ve never been interested in the expected. While the final course of a meal is traditionally a sugary exclamation point, we believe it should be a conversation—a lingering, complex memory that challenges your palate.

The Termite Mushroom (Termitomyces) is a true wonder of the natural world. Unlike many fungi, these cannot be farmed by human hands. They exist only where they are cultivated by termite colonies in a delicate, subterranean dance. They are a gift from the wild, appearing only when the humidity and soil temperature are exactly right.
