hours & service times

Spice Canvas is open Tuesday through Sunday.

Tasting Menu Service Times:

• Lunch Service 1: 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
• Lunch Service 2: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM
• Dinner Service: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

We are closed for preparation between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

We serve a maximum of 5 guests per service to ensure an intimate, personalized dining experience.

All dishes are prepared fresh and served simultaneously to all guests. Your tasting menu service begins when your entire party has arrived, allowing everyone to enjoy each course together.

Deposit Requirement

• À La Carte Menu: No deposit required
• Tasting Menu: Deposit required to secure your reservation

Payment Methods

• Deposits: Bank transfer or PayPal
• Remaining balance: Cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer at the restaurant

modifying your reservation

If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us using any of the methods listed above.

• Changes made 48+ hours in advance: No fee (subject to availability)
• Changes made within 24-48 hours: Modification fee may apply
• Changes made within 24 hours: Full fee may apply

Important Notes on Party Size Changes:

• Reducing party size: The cancellation policy applies to the reduced seats
• Increasing party size: Subject to availability (maximum 5 guests per service)

cancellations & refunds

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible.

Tasting Menu Reservations:

• 48 hours or more in advance: Full refund
• 24-48 hours in advance: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours in advance: 100% cancellation fee

About Cancellation Fees:

Cancellation fees reflect the cost of premium ingredients, preparation time, and staffing arranged specifically for your visit, as well as the opportunity cost of declining other guests.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds are processed within 1 business day. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or PayPal's processing time.

late arrivals & no-shows

We understand that traffic and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

Grace Period:

We can accommodate arrivals up to 30 minutes past your reservation time. Please contact us immediately if you are running late.

Arrivals After 30 Minutes:

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior notice:

• We will serve only the remaining courses
• Courses already served cannot be replicated
• We reserve the right to release your table if we cannot reach you

No-Show Policy:

A reservation is considered a no-show if your party has not arrived within 30 minutes of your reservation time and has not contacted us. No-show reservations will be charged the applicable deposit amount.

dietary requirements & allergies

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or food sensitivities at least 48 hours before your reservation.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your needs. However, some restrictions may limit our ability to provide the full tasting menu experience.

Guest Responsibility:

Guests are responsible for disclosing all allergies and dietary restrictions at the time of reservation. Spice Canvas cannot be held liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergens or ingredients.

Service Delays:

Service times may be delayed up to 30 minutes during exceptional circumstances such as severe weather or significant traffic disruptions. We will contact you promptly if such delays occur.

Restaurant-Initiated Cancellations:

In the rare event that we must cancel your reservation due to equipment failure, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Shared Seating:

Reservations of 2-4 guests may be seated alongside other parties to reach our service capacity of 5 guests.
